1. User Accounts & Responsibilities
By creating an account on BIOY, you represent that you provide accurate information and maintain the security of your password credentials. You are responsible for all activity published under your handle (bioy.in/username) or custom domain.
2. User-Generated Content & Links
You retain ownership of the titles, descriptions, and destination links you publish on BIOY. However, by publishing content, you grant BIOY a worldwide license to host, render, and display your profile page to public visitors.
3. Manual Pro Purchases via Discord
BIOY Pro Creator upgrades are managed manually via our official Discord community (join Discord). There are no online automated subscription checkouts or recurring credit card billings. Pro plan activations are processed by administrators.
4. Moderation & Termination
BIOY reserves the right to suspend or disable profiles that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (including phishing, malware, scams, or illegal content). Accounts may be removed at administrator discretion to protect platform safety.
